These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MoroccosRoots.com and purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

MoroccosRoots is an online store offering authentic Moroccan products, including handmade and artisan-made goods.
Our products include, among others:

- Poufs
- Ceramics
- Lighting
- Copper products
- Home accessories
- Argan oil products
- Moroccan slippers
- Customized and made-to-order products
Orders are prepared and shipped from Morocco .

2. Handmade Products
Many MoroccosRoots products are handmade by Moroccan artisans.
Because of the nature of handmade production, individual products may have slight variations in:
- Colour
- Pattern
- Texture
- Shape
- Dimensions
- Weave
- Embroidery
- Wool
- Leather
- Wood
- Ceramic glaze
- Metal finish
These natural differences are part of authentic craftsmanship and make many pieces unique.
Minor handmade variations are not automatically considered defects.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, colours, and other information accurately.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of the product.
Measurements for handmade products may have small variations.
If exact dimensions or characteristics are particularly important to you, please contact us before ordering.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or available on the website.
MoroccosRoots currently intends to support:

- USD
Shipping charges and any other applicable amounts will be displayed before the order is completed.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or similar destination-country charges unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you may receive an automated order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Pricing contains an obvious error
- Payment cannot be authorized
- Fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected
- We cannot ship to the destination
- The order violates applicable law
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Payment
MoroccosRoots accepts supported payment methods displayed at checkout, including:

- PayPal
Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, currency, device, or payment provider.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
7. Payment Security
Payments are processed through third-party payment services integrated into our checkout.
MoroccosRoots does not ask customers to send full payment-card details by email, WhatsApp, social media, or contact form.

8. Standard Order Processing
Standard in-stock products are generally prepared for shipment within 3–7 days following successful payment confirmation.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
9. Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Some products can be customized or made specifically for a customer.
This may include rugs made according to particular sizes, colours, designs, or other specifications.
Customized products may require additional production time.
Customers should carefully review and approve any specifications provided for a custom order.
Once production of a customized product has started, the order cannot be cancelled , except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Under the MoroccosRoots return policy, eligible customized products may still be returned after delivery subject to the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Preorders
Certain products may occasionally be offered for preorder.
Estimated production or availability information will be provided on the relevant product page where applicable.
Preorder delivery dates are estimates and may change due to artisan production, materials, logistics, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Shipping
All orders are shipped from Morocco .
International delivery after dispatch is generally estimated at approximately 10–30 days , depending on the destination, product, customs process, and carrier.
We primarily use:
- DHL
- FedEx

12. Customs & Import Charges
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, brokerage costs, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
13. Order Cancellation
Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Customers should contact us as quickly as possible.
Customized products may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned according to our Returns & Refunds Policy .
Our standard return request period is 14 days from delivery .
Customers are responsible for return shipping to Morocco for change-of-mind returns.
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, MoroccosRoots will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.
15. Promotions & Sale Products
Promotional prices and discounts apply only during the period and under the conditions stated for the promotion.
Discount codes cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly stated.
The availability of a promotion does not guarantee continued product availability.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of MoroccosRoots.com, including text, branding, graphics, product photography, logos, design elements, and original website content, belongs to MoroccosRoots or is used with permission.
Content may not be reproduced, commercially exploited, or redistributed without authorization except where permitted by law.
17. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website to:
- Commit fraud
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Distribute malicious software
- Interfere with website operation
- Submit false payment or identity information
- Violate intellectual-property rights

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on affected orders.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that customers have under mandatory consumer-protection legislation.
Where applicable mandatory law provides more favorable rights, those rights will apply.

The Terms applicable to an order are generally those in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
