MoroccosRoots provides secure online payment options through payment services integrated into our checkout.

The currency charged will be shown before you confirm your purchase.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate or international transaction fees.
MoroccosRoots does not control fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment must normally be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
For customized or made-to-order products, successful payment may be required before production begins.
Payment Authorization
A payment can occasionally be declined by the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or fraud-prevention system.
If payment fails, please check your information or contact your payment provider.
Payment Security
Payment-card transactions are handled through the payment services available at checkout.
MoroccosRoots will never ask you to send your full card number, card security code, password, or PayPal password through email, WhatsApp, social media, or an ordinary contact form.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to carry out reasonable verification where an order appears unusual or potentially unauthorized.
An order may be delayed or cancelled if we reasonably suspect payment fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.
